Paizo Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous Video Game Kickstarter Live

The Kickstarter for the new Pathfinder video game is now live and rocketing towards funding (it made $100K in the first hour or so). It describes itself as "A new isometric single-player RPG set in the Pathfinder universe – an indirect sequel to Pathfinder: Kingmaker."

It's based on Pathfinder 1st Edition, with an added "strategic layer" of gameplay allowing you to lead armies. For $28 you get a digital copy of the game. Like its predecessor, Kingmaker, this is made by the Russian studio Owlcat Games. The previous Kickstarter made nearly a million dollars.

In this game, you also choose one of six mythic paths (angel, lich, trickster, aeon, demon, or azata), one of ten races, and one of 21 classes (each with five archetypes).

A new Eldrich Scoundrel Tiefling Companion who also acts like a Vendor/Merchant achieved.

Next up Mounted Combat and Cavalier!

If we get that one the list of classes will be Alchemist, Arcanist, Barbarian, Bard, Bloodrager, Cavalier, Cleric, Druid, Fighter, Monk, Oracle, Paladin, Ranger, Rogue, Shaman, Sorcerer, Warpriest, Witch, Wizard.

Mounted Combat and Cavalier achieved, Dismemberment System achieved, and now we are working towards 2 new Mythic Paths, Gold Dragon (became a Gold Dragon, scare evil minions, call upon Dragon Flights, Roar,
and more) and the Swarm-That-Walks (basically a Locust version of Worm-That-Walks which was inspired by Lovecraft, turn into a Swarm, have your swarm eat your enemies from the inside, and then use them as puppets, sacrifice any allies that displease you, ect...).

Plus there was a blog post on the Lich Mystic Path, basically a cross between Epic Destines from 4e and Gestalt Class mechanics from 3.5e, amplied up to 20 on a 1 to 10 scale. Go read it, it's so cool.
