Paying for a monthly subscription... without PayPal

I can't afford a lump-sum payment for a subscription but would be happy to pay the $3 a month... as long as it's not through PayPal.

We hates and despises the PayPal, yes we do.

Having owned and operated a personal business I know that, at least in Australia, it's relatively painless to get a merchant account which allows charging VISA, Mastercard, American Express, etc. I'm not sure if ENW is a registered entity or not, but it doesn't really have to be to get a merchant account with a bank, you just have to have a sole proprietary business under your name, which you can do for whatever reason you want (again, at least in Australia).

Anyway, just a thought.

I'm not sure about Australia, but here in the US we have prepaid credit cards - you put an amount on them and they act like a hybrid of credit card and gift card. I'm not sure that helps if you don't have the funds for a lump-sum though. Sometimes you can add more money onto them.
