Wiki wiki:
"Perfect World (Chinese: 完美世界, commonly abbreviated as PW and W2), is a MMORPG game developed by Beijing Perfect World. Korean, American and English versions of Perfect World are under development and yet to set the date for closed beta release. There are fixes that patch the game to display english, but the translation is direct/ poor."

It beggars the imagination that a game could be similar to all of those, once you toss Lineage 2 into the mix. No one could possibly mistake WoW for L2, although DAoC and EQ1 certainly have similarities until you get to the RvR play.
