Persistent Spell [CA]

So, a Vigor spell can't be made persistant...(touch spell).

luckily for my recently ended campaign, the DM allowed it (it was real nice to heal 1 pt. a round all the time ;)
Welcome to the boards!

Vigor has a max duration of 25 rounds... and that can't be circumvented by making it persistent.

Divine MetaMagic isn't broken if you houserule it so you cannot cast a metamagic'ed spell with it that you otherwise could not cast because you are not a high enough level to have such a spell slot.

Nightstick isn't broken if you houserule it so you can only benefit from one nightstick in any given 24 hour period.

That's an interesting definition of "not broken". After all, in theory nothing is broken if you heavily house rule it.

This was my fix, it gives mid-high level clerics something to look forward to with thier turn attempts and it prevents rampant abuse of DMM combos.

In my mind being able to pop off a maximized heal without preparing a 9th level slot ahead of time is pretty nice.

Sometimes the only way you'll see something in play is if it is House Ruled. Especially when new options intersect.
