No, the reason I want PJ to do something that isn't an adaptation (and noting, of course, that director is not the same as writer) is because I'd like to see what he'd do with it... and more over, what and who he'd choose. Especially now that he's a little more established. It's one thing if you can take someone else's story and make it good on the screen... it's another entirely to take something new and put it out there.
 

Hmmm, so is IMDB not counting next year's two Kong movies....?

edit: nm, got suspicious and went back and looked at the DATE on that production diary... HEHE great joke.... though the son of Kong with machine gunners on his shoulders would have been GREAT :o

as technology continues to improve, things like an actor dying won't be an issue. Sad but true. I'm just surprised that more studios aren't making charact'ers from electronic scratch and relying on voice actors.
