I saw the MM, DMG, Wildemount, Eberron and Theros the other day at Target. $35 is what I've always seen for D&D hardcovers at Target.

Renton Target only has Basic and Essentials. Essentials now comes with Magic cards too.

I dig the "Million Sloths" book next to the PHB in the pic in the OP. It's like an extremely specific bestiary, for any and all variant sloths that a DM could ever hope for!

or a single, gargantuan, demon-sloth swarm with an aura of stillness. And a poison attack that, if it drops you to 0 hp, kills you and you become a Sleep Living Spell.

Walmart's got them beat. I've seen the Dungeon Master's Guide, Monster Manuel, and the DMG two or three years back at the one in Deptford. Now, they have the Van Richten's Guide as well.

Although Target did get the lead in before everybody by having the Essential Starter kit available as a Target exclusive the year it came out. Until the month of September.
