I'm from Oklahoma and we had the good ole "Greased Pig" contests. Those buggers have a much better dex than an 8! They got a small wheel base and can turn on a dime

Pigs are amazing

I think you all are underestimating the vast powers of the domestic PIG! Pigs obviously need a hit die of d30, because of several factors. They have a think meaty hide, they are covered in dry poo, and most importantly...... how many of you have ever killed a pig? For all you know, they are imortal. Add to this that they are not kosher and you have one amazing machine of death. Pigs also can instill fear into anyone on sight. Let me tell you something, if I ever came face to face with a pig and it looked me in the eye and snorted, I would die as pure fear consumed my mind. Never again underestimate the powers of the PIG.

When I was four we got to watch Uncle Drawl kill the mean-tempered pig to show the other pigs what happened when they got out of line. Thing was four times my size...

I was actually suggesting the pig you saw wasn't average - an 18 rolled, -2 racial, is still 16. Getting a 13 would be easy.
