Pirate Borg -- any of you scurvy dogs have it?

I have to say I also find it nice that the page count for TitT got bumped to 60. While there's also a "too much" in terms of content for me, I think that's a nice size for a short campaign.
Yeah, I think it's probably good that there will be multiple adventures available through Limithron that offer a variety of adventure lengths.
  • The Battle of Dead Man's Cove can probably be completed in 90 minutes.
  • Buried in the Bahamas is about a three-hour game.
  • The Sinking of Cthagn is probably a three-to-four hour sandbox game.
  • The Curse of Skeleton Point is probably two-to-three sessions.
  • And now Trapped in the Tropics sounds like it's a good three or four sessions game.
So everyone can pick what works best for their introductory adventure.

Their huge Kickstarter for Done Among the Dead fulfills later this year, but from Limithron on Discord:
The tariffs will hit us, Limithron, not you the customer.
Once things for the KS hit retail, though, prices will go up. So they’re encouraging people to pre-order.

And if you want to thank them for their generosity, I recommend joining the Limithron Patreon. You’ll get access to so much stuff, especially if you play online (though a lot of the VTT digital assets could be printed out for table top play, too.)

They’re looking at other fund raising ideas to offset tariff costs, which will almost certainly include some cool content, so be on the lookout for that, too.

How easy would it be to convert other modules for use with Pirate Borg? I know basically any sea- or pirate-based modules would be easier, obviously, but say a random DCC RPG module or other old-school module.

It depends on whether the monsters are already in Pirate Borg. Various skeletons, zombies, sailors/pirates and the expected aquatic monsters are already in the game and can be swapped in. Since the obvious adventures for converting to Pirate Borg are probably nautical, that should get you pretty far.

I'm not a super-experienced Borg DM, so I would probably end up using the "just use a bear" technique and reskin a monster to make bespoke options.

But I know there are Mork Borg bestiaries for standard D&D monsters and if you grabbed one of those, it should be pretty simple to convert/reskin anything in other adventures.

That said, every Limithron adventure I know of has multiple new custom monsters and my suspicion is that once one gets used to making new Borg monsters, it's pretty easy.

There’s also some tables in PB to design / randomly generate creatures. There are descriptions next to the values to give GMs an idea of what type of stats would be appropriate when converting creatures
