We are at a place in the adventure where more people can join the game, if they're inclined to. New PCs are residents of Port Nelson and either former castaways or people who, for one reason or another, settled down in this island shantytown for a while.

If people are still interested in this adventure, I estimate we're about two-thirds of the way through, with the final destination on the treasure map yet to be found and explored.

For sure. If the crew returns to port, it's easy to have a Port Nelson castaway to come aboard. If the crew goes elsewhere, there are also more creative options available.
