Plant Shape

I finally have a druid high enough level to use Plant shape, and was sad to find I could only choose between two different kinds, the Phantom Fungus and the Shambling Mound. Dont get me wrong, these two shapes are really powerful in their own ways, but even at higher level there are only three more types that I could find, the Treant, Tendrilicus, and the Assassin Vine. Are there any other plants that I am missing?

By the way, is the Shambling Mound meant to be so abusive? I can keep casting lightning storm on myself, and get +1d4 Con every round, and it lasts hours! The Phantom Fungus is really good too, lets you be Improved Invisible all you want.

Er...not really. Remember, when wildshaping you dont' get special qualities (except for with elementals, which is specifically noted), just special attacks.

So your Shambling Mound shape gets Improved Grab and Constrict...but not any of the other special abilities of a shambling mound. Whether you get the plant type traits is debated hotly, though the "official" answer appears to be "mostly," given the article on WotC's site about Polymorphing.

Similarly, you could assume the shape of a phantom fungus, but you'd be the only visible one in the entire world. :)

Goofy, eh?
