Don't shoot the enemies. Shoot the ground. That's what, AC10?

The ability to fatigue your enemies from far away, or to put them inside an AMF that you're outside of, is pretty cool.

Which you can fail at least 5% of the time. Where as targetting a fireball normally by just casting it, you have a 0% chance of failing where you want to place it.

Ok, so there is an arrow in the ground next to an enemy that is radiating AMF... The enemy can just easily step away from the area... I don't see it as all that powerful.

I was referring to the post above yours. Something about how a +1 weapon can only have up to one +1 price mod special ability. IIRC thats a 3.0 thing.
