I’m a bit confused (probably overdose of turkey, stuffing, pie, etc). Isn’t the order based on lowest to highest net score?

Based on the last round pick low to high, but ties are broken first by total net score, and then just be reversing the last round's order if still tied.

You don’t even need everyone to act in their best interest because the only score you don’t already have accounted for is Wis, and you’re picking before the only other person who hasn’t already chosen a Wis.
