A fighter with a spiked chain with improved disarm and improved trip is frightening enough. I really don't see any point in taking MoC, since his abilities aren't that good. Superior Weapon Focus and specialization are good, though, but at those levels, an extra +1 to attack or +2 to damage doesn't help very much. Scare is only usable to low-level opponents, and chain-climbing is very limited..
