I completely agree with Mike on dragons and their spellcasting and spellcasting in general in MM. WotC really maid a mistake with the spellcasting in the monsters.

Agree with his thoughts on drow, orcs, and humanoid monsters in general. What they did with the minotaur would have worked for all of these other ones. I also think they could have had all species as "neutral" too.
