For the uninitiated : what's Dimension20?

It's a series of limited actual-plays that runs on dropout.tv, which is a gaming/comedy streaming service. I've mostly seen short clips from it on account of it being paywalled, but those clips seem pretty fun and a bit more non-standard than most other actual plays. Their main DM is Brennan Lee Mulligan, who seriously impressed me when playing an inquisitor over on White Wolf's "LA by Night" (even if the rest of that final season was a bit underwhelming).
