That looks like it, although in a different format. And the print out I have has Eevee and its various mutations, while this site does not.

Ah.

Then I'm guessing that it's this one:
http://www.geocities.com/eco_mono/Pkmnd20/

Apparently the first site was the beginning, and it disappeared for a while. So this fellow put up the copies he had of the original site, and then continued expanding on it.

Also, an intriguing thing I managed to stumble across here:
Pokemon D20 Project by Juggernaut
http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=761002

I just downloaded it, and both links still work.

The project does seem to be a bit overly complicated, but I'm sure it could be streamlined if you were so inclined.

neither of those links work... I just tried. I've been working on how to do such a campaign, but it's still under severe works. have some easier things to do for it done, like a workable world map, and how all the classes would interact with it, but i haven't gotten too far on the pokemon's stats or anything. it would be useing a world map made from the games, and strictly based upon the comics and games. the cartoon had too many weird little things to include (plus i don't want to sit there and watch them all again...)

Pokemon Tabletop Adventures

It's a d20 system variant that incorporates all the pokemon game info, from what I've seen. This includes different ball types, pokemon competitions, hp ratio to %chance of being captured, eggs, breeding types, and all that.

1d4chan appears to be the main source of information on the game, but I know that there are several pbp games on the Penny Arcade site and elsewhere. I have never played it, personally, but I've heard good things about it.

For some reason my computer won't bring up the pdf page so I can not provide a link, but there are several pdf books out for it. It even has very nice artwork made by fans. There is the player's guide, game master's guide, and Pokemon book.

This might work: 1d4chan.org/wiki/Pokemon_Tabletop_Adventures

There have been several previous versions, so simply looking up the game and downloading any random PTA pdf will be no guarantee that it's the most up-to-date version. The current version is Beta 1.04

uh... that link won't work... might just be my desktop. anywho, i've actually got a friend helping me create the monsters now, so if anyone's interested in it, let me know. i'm putting up the entire campaign on obsidian portal in complete, and keeping it up there as long as humanly possible.

Errrr.... you _do_ realize that you necroed a thread that was 2 and a half years old, right?

The geocities link naturally won't work because geocities itself has been shut down entirely.

Would people have to register at Obsidian Portal in order to see it? If so, that's going to reduce the number of people interested in it (like myself for example). Too many things to keep track of without having to add yet another website registration into the mix.

You might want to brush up a tiny bit on the googling skills, as they could probably help you out some.

For example:
http://www.enworld.org/forum/general-rpg-discussion/179625-d20-pokemon-stats.html

It's 4th ed, but should still be of some use.

Another site from the 4E thread:
Links - Pokemon: d20 Version

While the mediafire link provided does seem to have issues, here's another version (not sure the specific verson of Beta though it's quite recent):
Pokemon_Tabletop_Adventures_Beta.zip

And an updated Players Handbook for that file:
Player_Handbook.pdf

Good luck and I'm sure there's some of us around that would be interested to see what you happen to come up with.
