Poll of Polls

What is your relationship with polls, particularly ones about D&D?

I don't know about you guys but my passport picture dosen't look much like me.... :uhoh:

I enjoy answering polls actually. They tend to lead to good conversations and ideas.

As 4e moves forward, it makes sense to listen to both people who like the game, to get a sense of what they're looking for, and people who dislike the game, to address concerns when possible and find areas of weakness that we can strengthen.

So what have you learned?

Here's what I hope they learned:

(1) We should have kept Dungeon and Dragon as paper magazines.
(2) We should have kept the core races and classes the same.
(3) We should have had our licensing goobledegook in order and ready.
(4) We should have had DDI ready in time with the release of the game.

I'll grant that none of those, saving perhaps #2, would fall into Mike's sphere of influence.

I'd bet dollars to donuts, however, if they had done just 2 of those 4, the transition would have been exponentially smoother than it has been.

And, really, are any of those rocket science? Do you look at any of those and think - "Wow, that would have been very hard to come up with"?

You are that great rarity, Shadeydm.

Not only do your infantile posts bring nothing to the table, but you walk up to the table take things away. Truly amazing.

I'm not sure who or what this C4bal is...but if I know you're against it, I just may join.

You know that's not going to be tolerated. Living up to your username today I see.
