I thought Deadlands was part of the Savage Worlds rules/gaming system?

There are several Deadlands games: the Classic, the d20, and the Savage Worlds versions. After that, there are the Hell On Earth versions...

Savage Worlds is actually a variant and simplification of the original Classic Deadlands system.

It helps to get out to a few conventions and gamedays every year and live close to an excellent FLGS like Games Plus, plus it's part of the job description to play as many different systems as you can if you're going to publish, design or write RPGs (or all three! ).

Like JediSoth I've checked OD&D for the RC game with the children.

Missing for me is PDQ in the Jaws of the Six Serpents version.

It's amazing to me how many systems are actually out there that I've never even heard of. Looks like most people are playing themselves some 4E & Pathfinder by the results thus far. Pretty cool stuff, I appreciate everyone's comments and voting while at the same time keeping it real clean and friendly

I only play my own systems now.

But if I were gonna play any of those listed it would probably be Castles and Crusades, Conan, and Traveler.
