Birtright, hands down.

heh i think i said that about a week or so ago in a similar thread :) I like the way its presented its ideas and the execution. Its not so detailed to be suffocating, but not so nondescript that you hang in the air, it has a nice middleground toget you started on the details yourself. Never played a "real" birthright campaign, rather a standard DnD Campaign in the Birthright setting.

Judges Guild Wilderlands is my current campaign world.

Troll Lord Games World of Erde will be my next.

My all time favorite is Ravenloft, even with the average quality of Art Haus.
My second favorite is OA/Rokugan.

I do like FR and Greyhawk, played in each for years, DMed in each for years.
But they just don't have the depth and versatility of the previous four I have mentioned.

what do gundarks have to do with Ravenloft? they're a predatory animal from the Star Wars universe. ;)

Gundark, Duke Gundark.. brutual former Nosferatu Dark Lord of the domain by the same name. Breeder of more than a couple insane half-vampire children (complete with an explanation as to how he is actually able to have kids)

Duke Gundark whose bones were on display in a traveling side show until someone removed the stake..

Duke Gundark, now free of his enternal curse of Dark Lord ship and stalking the people of the core.

Excuse me for equating Gundark to Ravenloft.

Of course that could have been sarcaism.... :\
If so I feel kinda dumb.

I actually prefer my homebrew over the published settings.

As for published: Mystara, Greyhawk, Lankhmar, Thieve's World/Sanctuary, and Kalamar in no particular order.

Actually...

"Gundar" = Duke in Ravenloft.
"Gundarak" = Former domain before it was absorbed into Barovia.
"Gundark" = vicious creature in Star Wars.

Easy enough mistake to make, though. I wouldn't have been 100% certain myself if I hadn't looked them up. :)

Yeah it doesn't help that I was still in high school last time Gundarak was actually a domain...

also.. Invidia got a chunk of the domain too ;)

::Yay!! not entirely embaressed::
