D&D 5E (2014) Post Your Traps For 5E

Hi ya-

Saw in another thread that people would like to see traps for their campaign and with the DMG 5E possibly a month away from hitting the book shelves, I thought I would post some of the traps I used in my campaign.These are conversions from the 3.5 DMG so they are not exacting by any stretch of the imagination.
Conversion notes:
Search = passive perseption
Disable devise = Slight of Hand (Rogues Fast Hands Ability)

CR 1 Fusillade of Darts
Mechanical trigger (pressure plate, lock mechanism activated) Manual reset. Base Prof +5 ranged attack. (1D4 dart) shoot out at multiple targets. Trap activates / fires 1d4 darts at each target in two adjacent 5ft squares
Passive perception DC 15 Thieves Tools to disable trap DC 16 or better on 1D20

CR 3 Stone Blocks from Ceiling
Mechanical Trap. Pressure or trip wire triggered. Manual reset. Base Prof +6 melee (4d6 damage stone blocks) Passive Perception DC 16 Thieves Tools to disable trap DC 18

Those are the one I grabbed from the old DMG, what traps have you guys converted to 5E? I'll add more as time permits.
