In honor of the final movie coming out [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I_kDb-pRCds]YouTube - Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows Part 2 Trailer Official (HD)[/ame], I suggest that the spells be renamed to match those of Rowling's world.

i.e.
"Light" = "Lumos"
"Otto's Song of Fidelity" = "The Imperious Curse" (actually, there are several spells that seem to have similar effects as that described of the Imperious Curse in the book)
"Hold Monster" = "Petrificus Totalus" (Body Bind)
"Arcane Gate" = "Apparate/Disapparate" (of course, one would have to house rule this to be able to match the long-distance capability of the spell as used in the book)

Anything else?

Mage Hand (wizard cantrip), Float (wizard spell), Levitate (wizard spell) - "wingardium leviosa" (levitation charm)

Make Whole (ritual) - "reparo" (mending charm)

Mind Hammer (sorcerer spell), Mind Tide (sorcerer spell) - "occlumens" (Occlumency, breaking into another's mind)

Mesmeric Hold (wizard spell), Hold Foe (cleric prayer) - "petrificus totalus" (body bind)

Knock (ritual) - "alohomora" (unlock charm)

Passionate Betrayal (warlock spell), Evard's Ebon Bindings (wizard spell), Lost in the Mists (wizard spell), Spellbind (bard spell) - "imperio" (Imperius curse); any dominate effect will do

Shield (wizard spell), Repelling Shield (wizard spell) - "protego" (shielding charm)

Slippery Mind (rogue exploit) - Legillimancy, the practice of blocking Occlumency

Wild Shape (druid class feature) - animagus transfiguration (shapeshifting into animal form)

Unseen Servant (ritual), Mage Hand (wizard cantrip) - "locomotor trunk," used to make a trunk hover and follow behind the caster (Mage Hand will only work for small objects)

Your Delectable Pain (warlock spell), Reeling Torment (sorcerer spell) - "crucio" (Cruciatus curse)
