With respect to the challenge feats, the key effect I was trying to achieve was to allow a paladin to challenge an opponent and draw it away from someone else. With the exception of Duellist's Challenge, which requires that nobody else attack the target, the other three challenges require the paladin to present himself as a target in some way. Baiting Challenge basically requires the target to see the paladin, Circling Challenge requires the paladin to remain close to the target, and Hunter's Challenge requires the paladin to get closer to the target in every round. The last one, at least, prevents the paladin from running away from the target unless he had also attacked it on his turn.
I do recognize that not all the challenge feats will sit well with everyone, which is why I thought I should add words to the effect that the DM may add further prerequisites to these feats. Some DMs may feel that Circling Challenge may be appropriate for paladins of Avandra, but not paladins of Bahamut, for example.
