Not that much different. There were a fair number of stinker products even excluding theirs, and they are hardly the ones most at fault for the market glut that happened. (That would be Mongoose, though I'm not suggesting a more reasonable release schedule on their part could have prevented it - really the sheer number of companies made it inevitable.)

I'm impressed that Green Ronin is not using their podcast solely to hype their stuff. Instead, it's like a commercial podcast merged with a really great fan podcast where, you know, you could get Mona and Pramas to talk about 4E and the OGL.

Lots of interesting insights, including about Greyhawk products that never were and some slight hints about the third Pathfinder path.

The most educational thing for me?

If I ever do a podcast, I will know to turn my frickin' phone, pager, blackberry, et cetera OFF. Not set to quiet or vibrate, but OFF.

You know, even though Mongoose had some stuff that was questionable mechanically, some stuff that had good mechanics and some stuff that had terrible mechanics, their fluff was almost always good (for me).

I liked a lot of what they produced. I can fix the broken stuff for my own game, but the wellspring of ideas I got from many of their titles worked wonders for my campaign, and fun was had for all.
