That's one would be a good bet as it has a fair bit of 1e and 3e nostalgia attached and if you're doing Greyhawk Homlets a good choice.
Well, there are apparently 5 drawn out sample Adventures, with 15 maps tied into D&D Beyond's map tool per the preorder page.

The Greyhawk Campaign apparently details the Free City of Greyhawk as a hub, and all 4 of those major locations are within striking distance of Greyhawk.

I predict the changes to buying and selling magic items are not going to make people happy (no gold value per item, only per rarity category). I wish they went the PF2 route for the groups that want to have stores selling magic items (as an option).
I could live with that--it would be an improvement over the 2014 DMG--especially if they differentiate prices between major an minor items of each rarity. But given the format of items int he new PH, where every described piece of equipment has the price listed in parenthesis after the name--i.e. Barrel (2 GP), Cobbler’s Tools (5 GP)--I can easily see each magic item getting its own price.

As for other things I hope to see:
  • Rule Variants: I use some of these, like the lingering injuries and slow healing variant, so I hope they return. I'd also like to see new or updated options. (I'm not optimistic though, this always felt like a half-baked afterthought.)
  • Traps: The original trap rules--and examples--were pretty bare. Xanathar's helped, but I'd like to see these rules better defined (I think the Search action makes it a little clearer how to find a trap) and provide more options to use in play.
  • Terrain/Hazards: One of my favorite 4E innovations were some of the clever terrain challenge that could be added to an encounter. The 2014 DMG had a handful of things, but they were pretty basic stuff like webs and green slime. I'd like to see some interesting and exotic stuff.

I wonder if they will include the sidekick rules from Tasha's. That would be handy.
I would love that, but they seem to have memory-holed the sidekick rules.

It's been five years since the rules appeared in the Essentials Kit and, even after WotC said the sidekick classes are good low-complexity beginner classes, never implemented them in D&D Beyond.

It's a shame. I think sidekicks are great.

They got implemented in DDB as NPCs (via the Extras tab) but yeah, there's a lot of stuff that has not been implemented properly in DDB. :(
