Prestige Domain Access

I've looked through the DoF, and the only way I can find to get access to the Prestige Domains that your God gives, as opposed to some fixed by the PrC itself, is the Contemplative.
I'm interested in having a Cleric with the Madness domain, for example, and this means I have to wait until 11th level to get access, and suffer with a 1/2 BAB progression. Am I missing anything? (This DM won't allow things like taking a feat to swap out for a Prestige Domain or anything, rulebooks only).

if your talking about creating a character, Kingdoms of Kalamar took all of the prestige domains from DotF and made them regular domains

See if your DM will allow other cleric PrCs to take prestige domains. Since splatbooks are independent of each other, no other supplements can even refer to prestige domains. But I'd all the Divine Disciple from FRCS or the Divine Agent from Manual of the Planes, for example, to take an appropriate prestige domain.
