Cheiromancer
Adventurer
This enhancement comes in six flavors- sustain strength, sustain constitution, etc. If you have an item that has a sustain, you are immune to ability damage and drain which would normally affect the sustained ability.
IMC I put a strange rune on a sword found as treasure. If the character visualized the rune (as a free action) while wielding the sword he could undo the effect of a magical strength penalty, or heal any strength damage or strength drain he had just suffered (in the last minute or so).
(I made it require an activation so I wouldn't have to keep track of the ability. And also so there was something to identify.)
So- how much should this add to the value of a weapon?
Should "sustain con" be worth more than "sustain charisma," or would they all be worth about the same amount?
