Problems using credit cards at RPGNow?

Is anyone else experiencing difficulty using a credit card at RPGNow? Apparently, the hurricanes have knocked out their CC server. Is this a long term thing or somethign that goes up and down?

I had this a few weeks back. IIRC it took a few hours before I could make the purchase.
