Here is my first attempt at a critical fumble table that takes into account many of the ongoing conditions in 4th edition.
My players wanted to play without my progressive fumbles table so right now we are only using the "Grants Combat Advantage" house rule.
Heroic Progressive Fumble Table (1d20)
Roll Level Condition
Any 1 Grants combat advantage to all attackers
1-10 2 Marked
11-20 2 Grants combat advantage to all attackers

6-10 3 Marked
