Use a transparancied version of the Spell Storing weapon enhancement?

It's a suboptimal tactic, though. Hitting full AC instead of touch AC to add some weapon damage. And if the power does damage, forfeiting the chance to crit with it (it becomes added dice damage, so only the weapon's damage dice would be multiplied on a crit).

At first I thought you meant like the Psionic Weapon/Deep Impact stuff...

Like stated above, I don't think there is anything RAW, but there are all kinds of side notes in the books- like note mentioning the Psi-Thief from the Spellthief- indicating that making Psionic versions of classes & feats is perfectly kosher.

So making something like Psionic Strike (from Arcane Strike) or a PsiSword class (derived from the Spellsword) shouldn't be game breaking.

You might want to look in the Psychonomicon link in my sig. Its just a rescued fragment of what was originally a much bigger database that was lost when a bunch of threads here simply vanished, but who knows...you may also find something of use.

Hyperconscious is a 3rd party product, so no, it's not "official"...but since it was written by Bruce Cordell- the guy who did WotC's 3Ed/3.5Ed Psionics- a lot of people use it as if it were.

It is not a Wizard's product, nor a Dungeon's and Dragon's 3.x product.
However, the d20 System books mesh perfectly with Dungeon's and Dragon's 3.x, and some DMs allow them under certain circumstance (meaning, they must also mesh with the DM's campaign or campaign setting, which will be your DM's discretion).

You puzzle me with your use of "3.x"- usually, when I use that term or see other do so, they mean a non-WotC publisher's product meant for use with 3.5Ed. Which is precisely what Hyperconscious is.. It was meant to be used with the XPH, the 3.5Ed version of the base Psionic rules.

I'd always heard 3.x in reference to either 3.0 or 3.5 manuals, not splatbooks.
