Psionic deities?

What are the two psionic gods from the XPH? Isn't there one that is (or resembles) a Mind Flayer? If so, can anyone tell me the deities name, portfolio (domains) and alignment?

I don't have the xph but from 2e the illithid psionics god was ilsensene.

There was also laduerga or something like that, the duergar patron goddess of psionics.

Greyhawk Xan Yae was associated with psionics in 1e and she has a psionic martial artist servitor deity, I forget his name though.
