What is the purpose of the Wild Talent feat?
Does a non-naturally psionic race (ex: gnome) have to take the Wild Talent feat to take a Psionic Class? If so, I haven't been able to find it in the book.
Does a non-psionic character have to take it to multi-class into a psionic class? Some of the text kinda implies this, but I can't find that it states it anywhere.
Or is it just to allow non-psionic characters to take some of the psionic feats like Psionic Weapon, Speed of Thought, etc...?
