I don´t know if it was done before, but here is it:
PSYCHIC WARRIOR lv 16,
feats (only the relevants to the smack): power attack, weapon focus(Scythe), weapon specialization(Scythe), power critical, psionic weapon, deep impact, fortify power, overpower, quicken power.
powers: Graft weapon, Dissolving Touch, Polymorph Self, Claws of the Vampire, Expansion, Painful Touch, Animal Affinity.
Itens: +5, flaming burst, mindfeeder Scythe (162k gp), rino armor, beat of giant str +6 (36k gp), boots of speed.
Preparation: overpowered, 2x fortifyed animal afinity (13 pp), graft wepon (9 pp), polymorph self (7 pp) ( to fire giant), expansion (3 pp), painfull touch (1 pp), overpowered, fortified disolving touch.
Str: 31(fire giant) + 9 (animal afinity) +6 (belt) = 46.
Suprise round:
parcial charge : + 12 power attack, power critical and deep impact, damage 10d4(4x crit and 2x hino armor) + 3d10 (flaming burst) + 1d6 (pain touch) +1d4 (mind weapon) + 7d6*2.5(disoloving touch) + (27 (str) +5 (weapon) + 2 (specialization) +1 (graft weapon) + 12 (power attack)) x 5 average 25+16.5+3.5+2.5+61.25+235 = 368.75 and gains more than 200 PP with the mind feeder.
and (haste from boots of speed) quickned disolving touch + attack+ deep impact damage: 2d4+1d6+1d6+1d4+47+7d6 average = 86.
First round:
quickned disolving touch
full attack: fist (with disolving touch) + deep impact +power attack (+12): 2d4+1d6+1d6+1d4+47+7d6 average = 86.
all others: damage 2d4+1d6+1d6+1d4+47 average = 61.
parcial action (boots of speed) disolving touch + deep impact
damage 2d4+1d6+1d6+1d4+47+7d6 average = 86
total: 368+86+86+61+61+86 = 748.
