Pull up your pants!

Y'know, I think this is a good idea. I don't care if you're gorgeous or hideous, undergarments are UNDERgarments. Cover the :):):):) up.
So you dont have your T-shirt visible either, as that is UNDERWEAR!

So... doesn't that just encourage people to not wear underwear?
Nah, they'll just follow up with the "No-Commando Law."

Government are so reactive. :p

Personally, there oughta be a law banning tattooes over butt-cracks. Honestly, do you want such a tattoo when you're 65 and still trying to wear low-riding spandex? U crazy!

I may have to put up with incessant heat in the summer, but at least I can dress however I like. Whats next? Outlawing fast food because some people eat too much? Pathetic. It our lives, we should be able to make our own choices.

Hong "such as I am doing now" Ooi
Of course as a Brit to me pants are underwear - what you wear as outergarments is trousers. Don't the aussies still call them strides anyway?

Now just waiting for Virginia to outlaw Hong!

What's worse is that Virginians have paid for a bunch of people to sit around and come up with this. Did they not have anything better to do.

All in favour of the commando solution say I.

The article says:
On Tuesday, the House of Delegates approved a bill that would fine anyone who "intentionally makes an obscene display" of his or her "below-waist undergarments intended to cover a person's intimate parts, in a lewd or indecent matter."

There's room for interpretations. :)
