Question about Conductive Defense

Question about how Conductive Defense works. When an enemy attacks with a single burst attack and hits multiple allies, does the power fire once and hit him for 5 points of damage, or does the enemy get hit once for every enemy that it hits?

So, for example, enemy hits 3 of the Battlemind's allies. Battlemind has Con modifier +5. Does the enemy get hit for 5 or 15 points of damage?

15. "Hit" is an explicit thing that happens to a given target of an attack. Three hits, three instances of the damage. It would also, for instance, apply if the enemy hit the same ally 2 times (like Twin Strike). 2 hits, 10 damage.
