Yup. And no, Power Critical is not restricted to melee weapons.

We have a rogue that uses the BotBI class very well, the problem with this is keeping a rogue with-in 30' of the front-line to get the sneak attack.

Our DM granted us the creation of alchemist arrows because we were in the biggest city in our world at the time. Items were quite abundant. He was generous, for a price.

Not sure about that but, our Dm is pretty cool so when I asked he gave me a price and I agreed. They were pretty expensive. I think 10 gp per arrow (guessing here people!) I really forgot, it was about three months ago.
