Regarding Deflect Arrows

What bonuses on the arrow count toward increasing the DC?

From SRD on Deflect Arrows:

...the character may make a Reflex saving throw against a DC of 20 (if the ranged weapon has a magical bonus to attack, the DC increases by that amount).

Now here's my nitpick question: Is the DC 20 + arrow enhancement or DC 20 + arrow enhancement + bow enhancement?

If using a +2 bow with +2 arrows, is the deflect DC 22 or 24?

Considering if you have a +2 and a +2 arrow you get a total of +4 to hit and damage I'd rule that the DC to deflect that arrow would be 24.

I'd go with both arrow and bow enhancement. The Deflect Arrows feat specifies if the "ranged weapon" has bonuses...doesn't specify whether the "ammunition" has bonuses.

On the other hand, I'd say this would really be the individual DM's call.
