Kyle quickly realises his folly and swats at the man standing beside him with his skillet "Ye gave us no chance to knock" he spits between bites of the slightly smashed up chicken leg.

Semabin will try to determine if there is any sound coming from the other rooms (hah!). Assuming he hears nothing, he'll enter the room he's closest to.
 

Round 3

Semabin steps into the room to his right. It is a small bedroom with one real bed and two pallets nearly coverring the entire rest of the floor. He doesn't see anything right at first, but as he is about to turn around he thinks he sees movement near the corner of the bed. Moving to investigate, he sees a young girl of about 12 years. Her eyes widen as she sees you and she backs away into the corner, eyes darting for a way to escape.

(Lupic can go here. Remember he is staggered)

Seeing his allies are effectively inspired, Fenwick steps back and casts daze at the man with the bow, but it has no effect. The effect of his song expire in round 8.

Kyle continues his discussion and swings with his skillet. skillet (1d20+2=12, 1d6+2=4) He is unable to penetrate the mans armor.

R responds again, "If you had wanted to knock, you wouldn't have sent your singing and prancing thief sneaking up."

Opponents up next and Lupic can act. I'd like to wait here for Lupic's action as he could disable either of the close opponents with a successful attack.

Round 3 ends, Round 4 begins

With a great roar, Lupic swings out a mailed arm at the man wielding the battle axe. His arm batters the shield out of the way as if it were held by a child and drives an armor spike into his chest, felling him with a single blow. 1d20+7=22, 1d6+5=10 The effort forces Lupic to his knees and then he slumps forward, falling to the ground. (-1 HP)
R swings his sword at Kyle longsword (1d20+4=15, 1d8+3=7), striking the dwarf squarely.
U fires two more arrows at Fenwick, the first missing an the second striking solidly. bow shots (1d20+3=7, 1d8+2=10, 1d20+3=17, 1d8+2=3)
Deos moves closer still and lobs a glob of acid at R. The glob falls harmlessly to the ground acid splash (1d20-3=-2, 1d3+1=4).

Round 4 begins

16 Lupic (20 damage, -1 HP and bleeding)

The girl does not appear to relax, but nods her head once in the affirmative. She says nothing.
Lupic fails to stabalize and takes 1 point of damage
Fenwick bravely moves in on R and attacks with his tiny rapier. The sudden attack by the little singer takes R by surprise. rapier (1d20+0=18, 1d4-1=2) (Forgot +1/+1 from bardic music). R's stength appears to be flagging.
Kyle shift position so R is between Fenwick and he. skillet (1d20+4=20, 1d6+2=3) He smashes his skillet into R's back, ending his fight and cutting off the first word of a witty rejoinder.
U sees his last companion fall. He takes one last shot at Fenwick and then heads for the trees. bow shot (1d20+5=20, 1d8+1=6) His shot knocks Fenwick to the ground, blood oozing from his wounds (-2 HP).

Deos moves up to behind Lupic and quickly sets his hands upon the worst of his companions wounds, chanting out a quick prayer to Antonidas. Once Lupic is stabilized, Deos will move on to Fenwick and do the same.

OOC: Drop Create Water and Mending for two Cure Minor Wounds to stabilize both Lupic and Fenwick.
 

Kyle takes a last greasy bite of his chicken leg and throws the remains over his shoulder, he digs in his pack for some kitchen string with which to tie up the unconcsious men "By Geoth that smarts" he says rubbing at his waist as he looks "Anyone need any healing?"
 

Deos rushes over and heals the downed Lupic (-1 HP and stable). Kyle notices Fenwick's prone form and can see that he is in need of aid.
Seeing that no one is immediately pursuing, the enemy fires another arrow, this time at Deos. bow (1d20+4=13, 1d8+1=4) His arrow glances off Deos's mage armor and the man continues his retreat.
