Ray Spells vs Energy Missile

This seems to indicate a glass barrier would stop any spell (though there are exceptions found in the rules, like spells with the teleport descriptor).

Also - Gaze Attacks require Line of Sight, but not Line of Effect. You can Eyebite someone through a glass window or a Wall of Force.
