Ready to ready?

Simple question... Can you ready an action to ready an action?

I think you can, since you can ready any standard action and readying is a standard action.


-- Basic plan is to get a reach weapon that I can set against a charge, then ready to ready an action when someone gets w/in 15ft. Then set for charge if they're charging, or ready to attack if they're not.

You can ready a Ready action... but as a DM, I'd require you to be more specific. You'd need to tell me which Ready action you were readying.
