Recovering from unconscious

I've got a character in my game that was knocked unconscious when we ended in the middle of a fight. He has fast healing and will become conscious again in the next round. Does he get a full round of actions on his turn or just become conscious but not get an any actions on his turn?

How about if someone heals him before his turn?

Yes on both counts. The key to the first part is the description on fast healing: "At the beginning of each of the creature’s turns, it heals a certain number of hit points (defined in its description)."

I know a lot of people houserule the recovering-from-conscious deal to require some number of rounds, but personally I dislike them. I ignore the 'realism' of the recovering in the face of the 'realism' of flying.
