Red/Green Steel?

Hey! Has WOTC printed any material even mentioning red/green steel (the old Planescape special materials, not the campagin setting). If so, does any remember where? Thanks!

Green Steel was described in the module Lord of the Iron Fortress. It costs 2,000 gp to make a weapon from Green Steel, which gives the weapon a +1 bonus to damage which stacks with the masterwork bonus to hit.

So effectively, for 2,315 gp, you can have a longsword +1 that is non-magical.
