Restoration & Negative Levels ?

Does Restoration remove ALL negative levels on a creature, or just one? The spell description for Restoration seems to indicate all, but then Greater Restoration is more specific in stating that it removes all negative levels (which could mean Restoration only removes one?).

As far as I can tell, Lesser restauration doesn't remove negative levels ar all.

IMO it removes all negative levels but only 1 level drained. It´s misleading that Greater Restoration mentions 'all negative levels' explicitely.

This spell functions like lesser restoration, except that it also dispels negative levels and restores one experience level to a creature who has had a level drained.

Restoration (Not Lesser Restoration) dispels all negative levels and will simultaneously restore one drained level.

Greater Restoration dispels all negative levels and will simultaneously restore all drained levels.
