No adventures have come out since last week.Witchlight and MP:MotM doesn't list Magic actions, do the newer adventures? It's not hard to ad hoc assign every time it comes up of them, but I thought that compatibility with previous adventures and bestiaries was one of the things Wizards was guaranteeing.
I mentioned Witchlight and Mordenkainen Presents: Monsters of the Multiverse -- the books that changed the monsters from just spells -- and then asked about adventures since. I am unsure how you got last week.No adventures have come out since last week.
Yes, and there are cases it isn't clear and the DM needs to make an ad hoc call.Magic Action is casting spells, activating magic items, ect... so any of those things in the adventures would count as one.
Magic actions didn't exist before the 2024 PHB came out on limited release last week, so no previously-published work would mention them.I mentioned Witchlight and Mordenkainen Presents: Monsters of the Multiverse -- the books that changed the monsters from just spells -- and then asked about adventures since. Yes... that's the point. One of the "this is the same edition!" was that it was going to be backward compatible with adventures and monster books. When they failed on actual compatibility where you can mix-and-match everything, and even limited what "backward compatibility" would mean not following the standard definition.Magic actions didn't exist before the 2024 PHB came out on limited release last week, so no previously-published work would mention them.
Magically? Like will just happen without anyone interpreting the rules? If it's magically enough, it will be effected.
No one has ever, ever gotten defensive or offended by "feeblemind."
impairment in intellectual ability : intellectual disability. Note: The word feeble-mindedness, which is associated especially with eugenics practices of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, is no longer used in medical, educational, and regulatory contexts and is considered offensive.
Feeble-mindedness Definition & Meaning - Merriam-Webster
There has been, at times, mention of a conversion guide. Currently character creation is pretty darn easy -- take an origin feat, shift your subclass to 3rd level, move a thing to 1st or 2nd.Magically? Like will just happen without anyone interpreting the rules?
Or by DM making an ad hoc call each time, like I said? If so, why the need to comment?
I cast Extort Lunch Money.Glad to see at least one offensive spell specifically for bullying spellcasters though!
