D&D General Return to Perinthos: A Memorial Book Fundraiser in the Memory of Jennell Jaquays on Crowdfundr

Received today! After a few months of giving it up for a goner, all of a sudden earlier this week a notice that it had shipped, and voila!

For those who worked on this, curious which ones are whose, if they care to share. Here are some photos...

I got mine as well.

I have mixed feelings about the end result, although the cause is obviously very good. My experience was that the organizers went radio silent very early on and ignored lots of offers of help that it looks like they probably could have used to get the extra polish this project deserves.

There's art created for my adventure that isn't with my level, despite the illustrations clearly being of my monsters, for instance. It also feels like a professional graphic designer might have picked a bit less generic typefaces, etc.

That said, I haven't had time to go through it in detail. And that needlework dungeon level remains something to see.

Now that this is out and doesn't appear to be available to purchase any more, I'm wondering if it would be kosher for me to update my dungeon level with a new map (one that I actually create myself or have created on my behalf), add art, etc.

I'm not sure how easy itch.io or DriveThruRPG make it to funnel proceeds for a publication to a third party (one of Jennell's preferred charities), although if that's possible, that would be my preference.

But I mostly just want my creation to get wider distribution now.

Pondering.

It does say the Return to Perinthos (c) 2025 by RV Games; but also licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. Assume the NC means Non-Commercial; but otherwise I'm not going to actually view the license.

Couldn't you just contact the folks who put it out?
