Rubicon -- Are you watching?

I started watching Rubicon on AMC, they're only 4 episodes in, and I am really digging it.

It's got some good stuff, it's just a teensy bit slow moving, but it's good about setting up characters, creating a compelling story, and treating us like intelligent adults. They don't feed the viewer the answers on a plate.

Are you watching it, and what do you think?

I watched the first two episodes while working on projects and, frankly, was pretty lost about who and what was going on. It looks like I'll either have to watch it with most of my attention (which means it eats 45 minutes each time) or just not watch it. I'm leaning towards the latter, though could be convinced.

It's definately not a show to be watched passively. Like I said, they don't spoon feed the story to you.

So far, it's positively awesome!

But you're right, don't let your attention waver for a second or you might miss something (like a cloaked figure sneaking and following our protagonist!)...

I've liked the first two episodes. I just need to sit down and catch up when I have the time.
