All these sliver dudes put together would make quite an interesting fight. Can't wait until you're finished with them all so I can use them on my unfortunate players! :D

NAs for summoning a sliver, from where? They have no native plane (that anyone knows of anyways...)

From whereever they might be snatched. Just make sure to summon then - calling them might doom your world. :D

Wolf72: I certainly hope so. :D

Chauzu: Then I hope your players are of mid-high-epic levels. Othervise, they're going to get their behinds handed to them... Slivers are not to be taken lightly... :D

Ashardalon: Only problem with summoning slivers, is that they won't go back to where you summoned them from, not to mention that summoning a queen, would be a *very* bad idea... :D

I'll post the acidic and crystaline later this day (Wednesday.)

Unless I have a brain fart, they should return from where they came... called creatures remain, but summoned creatures always whisk away...

Good point, although I wouldn't recommend summoning slivers, as when they return to where from they came, they will know how to get to your plane, and it won't take long for them to send a few lesser slivers or even a brood sliver, to start a new colony there, which might be the basis of quite an adventure... :D But then again, do you allow your players to summon Aasimar and Tieflings?

Anyways, here is the acid and crystalline slivers:

The acidic sliver is a highly specialized sliver that lives to die, as it's sole purpose is to explode in a ball of acid, deepening tunnels or creating new ones.
The acidic slivers rock-like skin is usually a light brown or grey. Special glands on the slivers scythelike claw produce a thick green vile-smelling liquid that is highly acidic that almost constantly drip from the creature.

Combat:
Acidic slivers are highly agressive combatants that throw themselves at their enemies. Relying on their death throes to finish off those creatures that survive the initial onslaught.
Acid (Ex): The acidic slivers claw attack deals 1d6 points of acid damage in addition to it's normal damage. The acid eats through anything that isn't immune to the effects of acid.
Death Throes (Ex): If brought to 0 hp or less, the acidic sliver explodes in a ball of acid that deals 2d6 points of acid damage to all creatures within a 10' radius of the sliver.

Another highly specialised sliver, the crystalline slivers are bred as a defense against spellcasting enemies of the sliver hive.
A crystalline sliver, as the name implies, looks like a sliver crafted from the finest crystal. The sliver is almost transparent and its body glitters in different colors, as light dances upon its body.
The crystalline sliver is usually about 7' in length.

Combat:
Crystalline slivers love ambushes, and will try to out flank it's opponents if given the opportunity. Since they where bred to be living shields against spellcasters, they usually go after wizards and sorcerers first.
Shared Abilities (Ex): All slivers within 60' of the crystalline sliver gains a spell resistance equal to 10 plus the slivers HD if it lacks spell resistance, otherwise the slivers SR increases by 2. This ability is cummulative.

That is up to the DM that runs such an encounter to decide, but personally I would say no, as there is only so much acid that can cover a claw/blade :D Would you allow the flaming weapon ability to stack? or Keen?

Well, that would be a little to powerful, when you have say 20 acidic slivers that each deal 20d6 points of damage (double that when they die). Wouldn't you agree. :D But just you wait until sunday: Spined and Victual slivers... <Evil Grin>
