[sblock=OOC]Some clarification, please. Did Juliana's horse collapse under her? Did Juliana take damage as she fell? Does she have to get up from prone (attracting an AoO from the orc adjacent to her)?

If it looks like Juliana is in trouble, Eusebius will launch into an unarmed attack at the orc attacking her.

If she's doing OK, he will drop the chain, draw and load his crossbow and fire at the mounted orc.

If all the orcs are down, he'll actually see if he can heal the horse. (Or is it dead?)[/sblock]

Juliana's horse collapsed. Her ride roll was 7. She needed a 15 for a 'soft fall'. So she takes 1d6 dmg (I rolled a 3) and is prone. She is not pinned under her horse.

OOC: Doh, missed that. Shouldn't DR of the Armor take some of that? Use the prior attack roll if she can attack, if not, I'll try again next round.

Juliana will stand and wheel around to face an opponent. She'll attack if she can.

The mounted orc wheels and charges back into battle, directly into where Beamer stands. Boog may take an AoO as the orc rides past.

Boog was impressed as two orcs fell before him, before he could even act against them. He then heard hoofbeats behind him, and turned to confront "Ugly" riding right past. Boog reached for the rider with his dagger to no avail.

Boog and Juliana may act in round 2, the others in round 3

Boog cursed as the rider finished his pass without a scratch, then turned his attention to the blinded orc. "This should be too easy", he thought as he advanced on the hapless foe. This time his intentions fared much better, as his blade gouged the orc just under his ribcage.[sblock=OoC: ]Attack vs. the mounted orc is d20+3+1 (for Bless)=11, likely a miss. Move 5' to the east, move action, dagger attack vs. O4 (still holding the charge from Hostile Empathic Transfer) is d20+3+1 (for Bless)=18, a hit. Damage is 1d4+1=2. Still at 29/34 PP and 21/29 HP.[/sblock]

Juliana struggles to her feet and lashes out with her guisarme, killing the orc who killed her horse. Boog spurs his horse forward and stabs the blinded orc with his dagger, inflicting a bloody wound.

Round 3
Eusebius releaseshis chain, then draws and loads his crossbow.

Beamer & Banion act next. Beamer retains his postion. Currently the only active enemy is the orc rider on his heavy warhorse.

Beamer moves near one of the downed orcs to the protection of the middle of his friends and casts magic missle on the rider.

Move to were the corpse of O2 is on the latest map. Cast magic missle (2d4+2=7) .
