"Son of The Falcon!" Beamer is freaked. He stands staring for a moment and then throws his hands to his ears, but it seems his hands just hold the braying of the beast in his head. He sets off away from the threats as fast as possible.

Surprise Round
The dog howls terribly. This is the first anyone but Banion has heard from the hound. And Razereit was the only who could make out the black beast in the dark. From the howl, though, everyone briefly can guess the dog's approximate location ('M' on the map).

The Hag streches out towards the unprepared Beamer. Beamer isn't magically protected, it's being over 24 hours since the battle with the spiders. The strange, demonic hag actually grabs the halfling with her long fingers, and pulls him into a bite. The poor flatfooted halfling is unable to do anything to defend himself, and suffers a viscious wound (12 pts. Plus make fort save DC 18 to avoid demon fever)

While the Hag is concentrated on Beamer, Ogrin runs up the cavern wall, launching himself off it and ends up on the other side of the hag, opposite his companions. He slices at the hag, but doubts he's made a serious injury... but probably enough for her to notice him.
