My absolute requirements for a 4E monster manual are Dragons, Angels (female), Nymphs, Dryads, Succubi, Erinyes - and plenty of pictures of each. Hey, I need
something to look at while I'm waiting for the DM to adjudicate some obscure rule my character isn't involved in.
Seriously, though, as long as it includes good guidelines for creature types, ala MM II, and maybe a sample creature for each CR, I don't really care what creatures are included. As a DM, I'm generally going to run whatever kind of creatures I want, even if I have to fudge 'em and fake 'em. Although, if it were possible, I would like to see Yipples, Grues, Ur-grues, Monkey Grinders, Corbies, and other creatures from the old PC text adventures finally statted out somewhere in a published work. And it
would be ridiculous if it didn't include dragons.

I want this thing to be an amazing resource that I can use for years and years and never tire of all the options in it.
But, then I want too much.
Nah. You forgot to mention that it needs to be bound in real dragonhide, include a cloth bookmark, and retail for less than the 3.5 MM.
