Sage Priest of Thoth

I'd like some comments on the following idea I have for a prestige class called the Sage-Priest of Thoth.

The class is meant to be designed primarily for the Wilderlands setting. It is meant to be attainable for the Sage class (described in the Player's Guide to the Wilderlands), the cleric, or possibly the Wizard.

This is a rough draft and I'm still looking for ideas. I'd like to add a couple more class abilities.

Requirements:

  • Will Save: +5
  • Langauges: Able Speak and Read 6 languages, including 2 Ancient or Obscure langauges (in a Non-Wilderlands campaign, the DM should decide which languages qualify).
  • 8 Ranks in 3 Knowledge skills

Class features:
HD: d4
Skill points: 6 per level
Class Skills: As Loremaster and Sage class combined
BAB: as Loremaster
Saves: as Loremaster

Spellcasting: +1 to caster level per level. If character is not yet a spellcaster, then he becomes a divine spellcaster equal to a level one cleric.

A sage priest automatically gains the knowledge domain; Arcane spellcasters also gain access to all spells in the Knowlege domain (in accordance with what spell levels they have access to).

Languages: A Sage-priest may learn one additional langauge every 2 levels.
